Bar Stool Designs

Where I live it is very windy.  I am planning on putting a little bar area on my deck by the hot tub.  I would love to have the bar and a few bar stools right on our deck.  My problem is finding something that is heavy enough that it won’t blow over on very windy days.   The wind is so bad here that we had a swing on our deck and one day it went tumbling over and ended up in the lawn.   Any suggestions on heavy duty outdoor bar and stools?
